IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Covid19 - accessing our service
We have returned to offering our regular programme of face to face appointments while continuing to follow the latest government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19.
When visiting our premises, including when in therapy sessions, it means that you are required to wear a face mask unless you are medically exempt.
If you prefer virtual sessions, we continue to offer appointments via video call or phone.
If you have concerns about attending in person and are worried about receiving virtual therapy, our research has indicated that virtual treatment is effective, and feedback from patients who have accessed the service in this way show that they are happy with this alternative to face-to-face treatment.
We continue to offer treatment in first language where possible, through our own staff or interpreters.
We are still accepting referrals and you can refer yourself here.
